Seattle Doggy Daycare - What's the Best?

Seattle Doggy Daycare - What's the Best?

If you are looking for a great place to drop off your pup for the day (or for a little vacation) then you should try out the Downtown Dog Lounge - it is so wonderful - and close! I have been taking my little girl there for about a year now and she loves it. What makes Downtown Dog Lounge so wonderful you ask? Well, for starters, they know my dog by name - she is not just a number - and that makes for a really great service experience. Second, as I mentioned before they are really close. There are two convenient locations in the Seattle area: one is on Capitol Hill (420 E Denny Way) and the other is close to the waterfront (1405 Elliott Ave W) - with bother offering fantastic service. The reasons for choosing the DDL are almost limitless, but, as a third reason I love this place is they give you the ability to see your pet on web cam. This is really great especially if you are boarding your little one while on vacation. When I went to Vegas and had to board my doggy I was able to check the cam on my phone anytime I missed her and it really helped my relax.

In reality the place you take your pet is more for YOU than it is for them. What I mean by this is that your dog would probably be fine going to some dark, scary, place where they keep him or her in a kennel all day, but the thought of that happening is what drives us to find great places like Downtown Dog Lounge where the dogs are in an open air, playful, environment.

The Downtown Dog Lounge also has a variety of other services - such a an in-house vet, a doggy grooming salon, a training center (for both you and the pup) and even merchandise you can purchase - making it almost a one-stop shop.

I have taken advantage of the boarding and the daycare services offered - both of which are relatively inexpensive for the care and treatment your pet will receive. In order to board or have your pet at the daycare you need to have a physical exam and the staff has to "approve" your pet - in order to keep everyone safe. The fee is waived if your purchase a puppy package - which offers a better over all value anyway. So if your in the market - check out the Downtown Dog Lounge - you (and your pet) will be glad you did!
